- Each blind box contains one character sealed in a silver foil bag
- Each figure stands at approximately 2.75 inches high (70mm)
- Characters include: Gamer Girl, Swan Princess, Ringleader, Nollie, Stellina BB, Ichika, Sneaker Head, Bunny Sundae, Phoenix (chaser!) and Special Delivery (will you get pink or blue?!)
- Features may include flocking, glitter injection, transparent details and more!
- Paper insert listing all of the characters in this collection is included
- Recommended for Ages 8+
- WARNING: Choking Hazard. Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years

Please Note: These are "blind boxed" items - meaning, you don't get to choose what assortment of figure(s) you'll receive. You won't know which one you're getting until it arrives. Think of it as a sweet surprise! Please understand that due to the production process, variations may occur from figure to figure. As these are blind boxed items, duplicates may also occur. Ordering 11 blind boxes does not guarantee that you will receive all 11 characters.

My items arrived damaged or appears to be tampered with. What should I do?

Please notify me immediately with any problems regarding your order so I can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your Order Number
• When you received the package
• Details of the damages and photos.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Due to certain monitor settings, actual items may not be exactly as shown. Tayboo Boutique strives to provide the best representation in terms in colours and size.

Should you order an item and received the wrong colour, size or style, I will gladly exchange the item for no extra charge.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving item(s). Proof must be obtained stating error to be qualified for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned, at customer expense, in original condition and approved before replacement is sent. Return shipping expense will not be reimbursed unless in the extremely rare case you were sent the wrong order.

Tayboo Boutique is committed to providing the utmost quality in products and customer service. Should you feel unsatisfied with your item(s), returns are acceptable within the following terms:

• Items must be in it's original condition (packaging, labels and tags intact).

• A claim must be filed within 5 days of receiving item(s)

• Refunds, less shipping and handling, will take a few days to be processed 

Purchased items in your possession for over 5 days will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
